Christopher Marr, DSM is a former Australian special forces officer who spent 20 years in service, leading the world's finest operators on combat missions across the globe. Chris was decorated for distinguished leadership in action for his role as ground force commander during the battle of Shah Wali Kot.

 

This battle saw his unit awarded the first battle honour since the Vietnam war. Following service, Chris founded a healthcare technology company, Sonder (sonder.io). Sonder was awarded Australian business of the year in 2019 and Australia's most innovative technology company in 2021. After leading Sonder's international expansion, Chris exited Sonder in 2023 and founded ThinkMD (thinkmd.ai) to defeat global healthcare inequity.
