A limited number of rooms at Disney’s Contemporary Resort have been set aside for conference exhibitors. To secure a hotel reservation you must be registered to exhibit the Conference.
*Disney’s Contemporary Resort’s Group Hotel Reservations Office can be reached at (407) 939-4686. Their office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM ET, as well as Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
