How It Works

Each party is responsible for their own meal

No-shows will be charged $10 per person or the restaurant’s cancellation fee, whichever is greater

What is the dine-around experience?
A casual, no-host dinner where you can network with other conference attendees in a relaxed setting at popular Disney restaurants.
Is the cost of dinner included?
No. Each attendee is responsible for their own meal, including food, beverages, and gratuity.
Do I need to pay now?
No. You’re reserving a seat, not prepaying. A valid credit card may be required by the restaurant to hold your reservation.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel at least 2 hours in advance to avoid a $10 per person no-show fee or the restaurant’s cancellation fee, whichever is greater.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes, based on availability. Make sure to reserve a seat for each attendee when you register.
Will I get a confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent with your reservation details.
Is transportation provided?
No. You are responsible for your own transportation. All restaurants are accessible via Disney transportation or short walks between nearby resorts.
